KIRA RENEE
ACOUSTIC COMMERCIAL MUSICIAN

My Story
Who is Kira Renee?
I’m Kira Renee, an emerging singer, songwriter, and multi instrumentalist with a heart for creating music rooted in joy, simplicity, and faith. I’m currently a sophomore at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, where I’m auditioning for the Commercial Music program and continuing to grow as both an artist and a person. My musical background includes years of training in voice, violin, piano, guitar, and ukulele, along with experience in classical music, commercial music, musical theater, choir, orchestra, and worship. I’ve had opportunities to perform at Carnegie Hall, compete at regional and state levels, and lead worship in church and youth ministry settings.
For me, music has never just been about performing. I want it to make people feel something good. I want my songs to carry hope, remind people of what matters, and help them see light even in difficult seasons. My faith shapes the way I see the world and the way I create. I’ve always wanted to use music as a way to encourage people, serve others, and share God’s love in a way that feels genuine and relatable.
My own journey has taught me that growth is not always about fitting someone else’s definition of success. I’ve had to work hard, keep going when things did not come easily, and learn to measure who I am by faith, character, perseverance, and purpose instead of comparison. That perspective is becoming a big part of the artist I want to be. I want to create music that feels honest but still leaves room for joy. Music that finds beauty in ordinary moments, hope in hard ones, and something worth singing about in every season. That's the type of artist I want to be and bring to the world.
